Medicare is a federal program that pays for health care for older Americans and disabled persons. Payment to hospitals fall under Part A of Medicare, whereas payments for physician’s fall under Part B. The organization that process Medicare Part B claims is known as the Medicare carrier. The claims processing organization for Medicare Part A is called the fiscal intermediary(FI).
Research has shown that by 2017 the”babyboomer” will be eligible to claim their Social Security. So America cannot apply dollars and cents to an aging populations health problem now and say that American’s can’t afford to pay for health care. Men and Women have joined the military with all their mental faculties,stamina, coordination, and some them a peaceful niavete’ about what their role in the military will be. Today, however, there are over 30,000 soldiers that need some kind long-term medical/therapeutic help. A majority are being told that they are not as traumatized as they say they are even though they were asked to serve several more extended tours of duty. They are not traumatized because they quality time with family and children over the internet on downtime, you that little regroup time between skirmishes, mortar attack and suicide bombers.
We need health care reform now. Pre-existing illness should not only be abolished but there should be a law against it because we are pre-destined to die, no one is going to live forever. From the time we are born we are meant to die at some point in time, hopefully, no time soon.

Yeah, the role of a (HIM)health information management can play a variety of roles such: Billing and Coding, claims adjuster, compliance officer, consultant, patient billing clerk, excellent internship programs setup through AHIMA, the hospitals, and your school’s career center. Understanding that hospitals have an ethical obligation to have a risk management department. Because telephone contact often precedes or follows an outpatient visit, for instance I call my doctor and setup an appointment for a visit through his patient administration clerk, secretary etc, documentation of these calls is important. The call log can show a patient called on a certain, at a certain time, an appoitment was set for a certain date and time. Now this patient doesn’t show and doesn’t call–A NO SHOW, NO CALL response will placed on your file and this done too many, doctors have the right refuse treatment to that person, because noncompliance with hospital rules. Other payers for hospital outpatient care under a variety of systems. Furthermore, the health care delivery continues seek a path with the least resistance, that being Technological advances. Most entry level Billing and Coding or Health Information Management Technology will be hospital bound and chosen will go into life insurance and investment career. So in closing make sure you make appointment as a patient and the sky is limit for students in health information technology w/emphasis on medical billing coding
